These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Medgo Logistics' medical courier services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By requesting our medical courier services, you enter into a binding agreement with Medgo Logistics. We agree to transport your medical materials in accordance with industry standards, HIPAA regulations, and the specific requirements outlined in your service request.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients using our services are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate pickup and delivery information
  • Properly packaging medical materials according to regulations
  • Clearly labeling all shipments with appropriate hazard warnings
  • Ensuring authorized personnel are available for pickup and delivery
  • Providing complete and accurate shipment documentation
  • Timely payment for services rendered

3. Service Availability

While we offer 24/7 service availability, we reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule deliveries due to weather conditions, vehicle maintenance, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to provide advance notice of any service disruptions.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service fees are based on factors including distance, urgency, special handling requirements, and vehicle type. Payment terms include:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances
  • All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

5. Liability and Insurance

Medgo Logistics maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all transported materials. Our liability is subject to the following terms:

  • We are liable for loss or damage due to our negligence
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery date
  • Liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control
  • Additional insurance coverage is available upon request

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies:

  • Standard deliveries: Cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before pickup with no charge
  • STAT/Emergency deliveries: Once dispatched, full charges apply
  • Recurring services: Provide 24 hours notice for cancellations
  • Late cancellations may incur fees to cover dispatch costs

7. Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all protected health information (PHI) and comply with all HIPAA requirements. All employees are trained in HIPAA compliance, and we have implemented comprehensive security measures to protect sensitive medical information during transport.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Medgo Logistics reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, violation of these terms, or provision of false information. All outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
